Hi, I'm Irene!

Photographer with a love for the raw, the soft, and everything in between.

I capture the stories of lovers, women, and people who want to celebrate themselves. From intimate boudoir and empowerment shoots to couples and weddings, I create images that show not only what something looked like, but above all, how it felt.

My photography is cinematic and inspired by the atmosphere of romantic period dramas, the freedom of the seventies, and the energy of rock 'n' roll, punk, and grunge.

Romantic and rebellious. Feminine with an edge. Timeless, unpolished, and never entirely well-behaved.

I love images with character. Gentle glances, genuine emotions, and small moments that don't have to be perfect to be special. It is precisely the imperfections, the raw edges, and the unexpected moments that make a story interesting.

Standing in front of the camera feels nerve-wracking for many people — and I understand that. With me, you don't have to be a model or know exactly what to do. I guide you calmly and intuitively, creating space for you to be yourself.

No forced poses or a perfectly mapped-out script, but attention to what emerges in that moment. This is how photos are created that are not only beautiful, but truly feel like you.

I trained at the Fotovakschool in Rotterdam and work from Zeeland, but I enjoy traveling further for special stories.

I also speak German, which is nice for German couples and international weddings in the region.
